SHIPPING POLICY

1) ORDER PROCESSING
Orders are generally processed and dispatched within 1–3 business days after payment is received, unless otherwise stated on the product page or at checkout.
Processing times may be longer during high-demand periods, product launches, holidays, pre-orders, backorders or where products are made to order.
Standard orders are not generally dispatched on weekends or public holidays. Same Day Rush dispatch may be available on Saturdays subject to the cutoff times and conditions below.
2) SHIPPING METHODS & DELIVERY ESTIMATES
Fast Industries uses Australia Post and other selected third-party freight and courier providers.
Available shipping services, rates and estimated delivery times are displayed at checkout where available and depend on the order size, weight and destination.
Delivery estimates are provided by the relevant carrier and are estimates only. Carrier delays, customs processing, weather, remote-area delivery and other circumstances outside the reasonable control of Fast Industries may affect delivery times.
Same Day Rush refers to the dispatch of an order and does not guarantee delivery on the same day.
3) SAME DAY RUSH DISPATCH
Where “Same Day Rush” is available and selected at checkout, eligible orders placed and paid before 12:00 pm Monday to Friday will be prioritised for dispatch on the same day.
For eligible orders placed on Saturday, the Same Day Rush cutoff is 10:00 am.
Orders placed after the applicable cutoff will be prioritised for dispatch on the next available dispatch day.
Same Day Rush is a dispatch service and does not guarantee same-day or next-day delivery. Delivery time after dispatch is determined by the selected carrier service and delivery destination.
If Fast Industries is unable to meet the applicable Same Day Rush dispatch commitment, the additional Rush component of the shipping charge will be refunded so that the customer pays no more than the applicable Express Post shipping charge.
Same Day Rush may be unavailable for pre-order, backorder, made-to-order, oversized, heavy or otherwise excluded products.
Same Day Rush is not generally available on Sundays, public holidays or other dates where same-day carrier lodgement is unavailable.
4) TRACKING
Where tracking is available, tracking information will be provided after your order has been dispatched.
Tracking information and delivery updates are provided by the relevant carrier. Customers are encouraged to monitor tracking after dispatch and follow any instructions issued by the carrier.
5) SHIPPING RATES
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on factors including the size, weight and destination of the order and the selected delivery service.
Fast Industries may offer free or promotional shipping from time to time. Any such offer is subject to the conditions stated on the website, product page, promotion or at checkout.
6) TRANSIT ISSUES, LOSS OR DAMAGE
If your order is significantly delayed, lost or damaged in transit, please contact Fast Industries so we can investigate the shipment with the carrier.
If an order arrives damaged, defective, incorrect or incomplete, please contact us as soon as reasonably possible and provide photographs of the parcel, packaging and affected products where appropriate.
Fast Industries will provide reasonable assistance with carrier investigations and will provide any remedy required under applicable law.
Nothing in this Shipping Policy excludes, restricts or limits any rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded, including applicable rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
7) SPLIT SHIPMENTS
Orders containing multiple products may be dispatched separately where products are held at different locations, have different availability or where Fast Industries otherwise determines that separate dispatch is appropriate.
Customers will not be charged additional shipping solely because Fast Industries elects to split an order after purchase.
8) INTERNATIONAL ORDERS & SHIPPING
Fast Industries ships to selected international destinations. Available international shipping services and rates are calculated at checkout based on the delivery destination and order details.
Only destinations made available at checkout are currently available for direct international ordering. Additional countries and regions may be added over time.
International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, customs charges, brokerage fees or other charges imposed by the destination country.
Unless these charges are expressly collected by Fast Industries at checkout, they are not included in the purchase price or shipping charge and are the responsibility of the recipient.
Fast Industries does not control these charges and cannot guarantee the amount that may be payable. Customers are responsible for checking applicable import requirements, restrictions, duties and taxes in their destination country before ordering.
International delivery estimates are provided by the shipping carrier and are estimates only. Customs processing, inspections, carrier delays, local delivery services and other circumstances outside the reasonable control of Fast Industries may affect delivery times.
9) INTERNATIONAL IMPORT REQUIREMENTS & CUSTOMS CLEARANCE
Customers are responsible for ensuring that products ordered from Fast Industries may lawfully be imported into their destination country.
Customers are also responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address, telephone number and any other information or documentation reasonably required by the carrier or customs authorities for international delivery and customs clearance.
Customs authorities may inspect, delay, hold or return shipments in accordance with applicable local laws and procedures.
Fast Industries will provide reasonable assistance with shipping and customs documentation where required but cannot control customs processing, inspections or clearance decisions made by carriers, government agencies or customs authorities.
10) REFUSED, UNCLAIMED OR RETURNED INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS
If an international shipment is refused, unclaimed or returned because of unpaid import duties, taxes or other charges, failure to complete customs requirements, or incorrect or incomplete customer-supplied delivery information, any refund may be reduced by the original shipping costs and any return shipping, customs, brokerage or carrier charges incurred by Fast Industries, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
Where a parcel must be shipped again because of incorrect or incomplete information supplied by the customer, additional shipping charges may apply.
Any refund or other remedy will otherwise be handled in accordance with applicable consumer law and the Fast Industries Return and Refund Policy.
11) PRE-ORDER & BACKORDER ITEMS
Pre-order and backorder products will be dispatched when available.
Any estimated availability or dispatch date provided by Fast Industries is a guide only and may change due to supplier availability, manufacturing, freight or other circumstances.
Orders containing both available and pre-order or backorder products may be held until all products are available unless separate shipping is arranged.
12) LAST IN STOCK, CLEARANCE & DISCOUNTED ITEMS
Change-of-mind returns or exchanges may not be available for products clearly identified as clearance, “Last in Stock”, final-sale or otherwise discounted products.
This does not exclude, restrict or modify any rights or remedies available under applicable consumer law, including where a product is faulty, incorrectly described or otherwise fails to meet an applicable consumer guarantee.
13) ADDRESS ACCURACY
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address and contact information when placing an order.
If you notice an error after placing an order, contact Fast Industries as soon as possible.
Once an order has been dispatched, address changes may not be possible.
Additional shipping, redirection, return-to-sender or carrier charges resulting from incorrect or incomplete information supplied by the customer may be payable by the customer, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
14) DELIVERY & COLLECTION
Customers are responsible for following carrier instructions regarding delivery, collection or redelivery.
Where a carrier is unable to complete delivery, the parcel may be taken to a collection location, scheduled for redelivery or returned to sender in accordance with the carrier’s procedures.
Parcels that are unclaimed or returned to sender may incur additional shipping or carrier charges.
15) AUSTRALIAN FREE SHIPPING
Free standard shipping is available on eligible Australian orders with a cart total between $99 and $2,999 AUD.
Orders exceeding $2,999 AUD, or orders containing oversized, heavy or otherwise excluded products, may require freight approval or a separate freight quote.
Some products may be excluded from free shipping because of their size, weight, destination or handling requirements. Applicable shipping options or exclusions will be displayed or communicated where relevant.
Free shipping applies to standard shipping unless otherwise expressly stated. Premium services, including Express Post and Same Day Rush, are not included in the free standard shipping offer unless specifically advertised otherwise.
16) TEMPORARY DISPATCH INTERRUPTIONS
Fast Industries may occasionally temporarily suspend or extend normal dispatch timeframes due to holidays, relocation, stocktakes, operational requirements or other circumstances.
Where practical, significant temporary dispatch changes will be communicated on the Fast Industries website before purchase.
Any temporary dispatch information displayed on the website or at checkout should be read together with this Shipping Policy.
