SHIPPING POLICY

1) Order Processing
Orders are usually processed within 1–3 business days after payment is received. Custom orders are typically processed and dispatched within 3 business days of the order being placed. Processing times may be longer during high demand periods, product launches, holidays, or where items are made to order. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.

2) Shipping Methods & Delivery Estimates
We use trusted third-party couriers and freight providers for domestic and international deliveries. Delivery times vary by carrier and location. Estimated delivery times shown at checkout are provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed.

For Australian orders, typical delivery time frames are:
- Standard shipping: 4–8 business days (metro areas usually faster, regional and remote areas may take longer).
- Express shipping: 1–4 business days (metro areas only, regional and remote areas may take longer).

For international orders, delivery time frames vary by destination. Standard delivery is generally 7–21 business days, while express delivery is generally 4–10 business days. Actual times depend on carrier availability, customs clearance and local delivery services.

3) Tracking
When your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information (where available). Tracking availability depends on the carrier and the destination.

4) Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the size, weight, and destination of your order. We may offer free or promotional shipping from time to time; such offers will be subject to specific terms and conditions.

5) Risk of Loss & Transit Issues
Once an order has been transferred to the carrier, title and risk of loss pass to you. Fast Industries is not responsible for delays, lost parcels, or damage caused in transit. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incomplete, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@FastIndustries.com.au with photos of the packaging and item. We will assist you in lodging a claim with the carrier and provide a remedy where required by law.

6) Split Shipments
Orders containing multiple items may be shipped separately if stock is located in different warehouses or if some items are made-to-order. You will not be charged extra for split shipments.

7) International Orders
International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs fees imposed by your country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our prices or shipping rates. If you refuse delivery or fail to pay customs duties or taxes, the parcel may be returned or abandoned. If returned, we will refund the product price minus shipping, return costs, and any carrier fees. If abandoned, no refund will be provided.

8) Pre-Order & Backorder Items
Pre-order or backorder items will ship once available. Estimated dispatch dates are provided as a guide only and are subject to change. Orders containing both in-stock and pre-order items may be held until all items are available unless you arrange separate shipping with us.

9) Last in Stock & Discounted Items
Orders for “Last in Stock” or discounted items are final. These items cannot be returned or exchanged unless required by law (for example, if the item is faulty). Please review descriptions carefully before purchase.

10) Address Accuracy
It is your responsibility to provide an accurate shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by you.

11) Delivery Acceptance
You must ensure someone is available to receive the delivery at the shipping address provided. If a delivery is missed, redelivery or collection must be arranged directly with the carrier.

12) Free shipping is available on standard orders with a cart total between $99 and $2,999 AUD within Australia.

Orders exceeding $2,999 AUD, or orders containing oversized or heavy items, may require shipping approval. In these cases, you will be contacted after checkout to confirm freight options before your order is processed.

All orders are shipped using standard delivery services unless otherwise stated. Shipping methods are selected based on order size, weight, and destination to ensure safe and reliable delivery.

Some items may be excluded from free shipping due to their size, weight, or handling requirements. Any applicable exclusions will be clearly communicated at checkout or on the product page.

Orders are dispatched using standard shipping timeframes unless otherwise specified. Delivery times may vary depending on location, courier performance, and order volume. Delivery timeframes are estimates only and may be affected by factors outside of our control.
